I entered the hunt test for 8/12 and 8/13. Is anyone else going? I hear they put on a pretty good dinner/party there Saturday night.

We're not going to the August Test due to a conflict in schedules, but they grill up a wonderful meal for afterwards and everyone sits around picking at each others breed of dogs and drinking a few beers and shooting the bull. We had a really enjoyable time last August, other than it was around a 100 both days. They had the bath tubs full of water to cool the dogs and I had plenty of water in my vest in the field. I'm not sure, but Bob Kalgren and his family may be there. Met a real nice couple from MI there that had a V that I had hoped to get to see again this year, but se la vie, we will be elsewhere.

Will you be at the Sept. 30th, Oct. 1st Test there as well? We will most likely make that one for sure.

On a side note, it was a pleasure to meet you in Ohio and I thank you for sharing your cool coat design with Jen.

As much as I'd prefer a hunt test over a dog show any day, 9/27-10/1 is the Wine Country Circuit. We'll be there, attempting to show once again, and drinking lots of wine (the real reason we go).

If Jen needs the dimensions on the coat, let me know, OR I may even be able to get one from my breeder.
