VCOI Fall Field Trial

Well , I never thought I'd do one of these, but Zoomie's breeder thinks we would enjoy it.
I've signed Zoomie up for the Walking Puppy & Open Puppy @ the Vizsla Club of Il fall test next weekend @ Des Plaines.
I have no idea what to expect

I've never even SEEN a field trial before.

goodluck vince!!! are you going to be out at the NAVHDA training day this weekend? I'm running my pup in the GSPCI hunt tests this weekend and i'm going to try and make it to the training day before the tests hopefully we'll see ya out there

I won't make it to the NAVHDA day this month

My father in law just recruited me for roofing duty Saturday :roll:

Well, Zoomie ran in the Amateur Walking Puppy on Saturday, & the Open Puppy on Sunday...
By most "professional" standards, he probably did pretty horribly

We did get to see his daddy, Omega, though. Wow! He's the spitting image of his father! Jim Busch, Zoomie's breeder. seemed rather pleased with the way Zoomie looks, but watched him run, & told me that he needs to see alot more birds.

Guess I've got more work to do.
