I couldn't be more happy with Sig's win!! He has been knocking on the door and finally put it all together. Thanks to Keith and Robbi Gulledge and BDK for all their hard work! Qualified Sig and his littermate, Dice, for the Nationals and they are just 3 and 1/2 years old. Congrats to Jerry and Allie, also! Another nice young bitch.

BDK's Sin City Wildcard (Duece) owned by Middlecreek (Mike Beach) won the all age and that finished the Duec both as a FC and AFC. Middlecreek forgot to mention that. Those are great wins for Deb and Jerry. Duece was broke by Keith Gulledge and Duece was formally owned by me. Duece was originally broke by Keith Gulledge and is now totally trained an run by Mike Beach. Duece is half brother to my my dog Trey.

Midwest Trigger with Tim Heiner handling, won the OLAA; BDK's Chloe' Jax of All Trades taking second. Chase Verdoorn won the AAA and the ALGD with his Dog Edger. Edger is one nice dog and Chase should be very proud of him. That is all the information I have now.

I looked over the running order before the trial started, my first thought was DAMMMMN! Lots of entrys and it looked like a majority of the top dogs in the country were entered.

Congrats to all the winners and placements.

This trial every year is probably the toughest weekend trial in the country to get a placement with all the Pros and number of quality dogs competing. Any placement in this trial is well earned with some stakes as big as 40 to 60 dogs competing in each as I don't think thier was any stake less than 10 dogs. One thing about this trial, if your lucky enough to win one of the larger stakes you are well on your way to putting an FC or AFC on your dog. Congrats to all the place winners and good luck to all who are running in Eureka at the Nationals.

Thanks to Mike Beach for taking my place and scouting my wife's derby dog for Phil. It's a nice win for Phil, the dog and the wife :D She won't complain about the $$ if its her dog! I was out hunting in SD. Sorry I missed it.

It was the first time I'd been out there for that. It started slow but picked up by the last day. I would go back. Did not see many pheasants, I think they are in for bad year. One of the people said it was 60 % down. Another said more like 80%. I believe the 80.

Doug - I was surprised to not see you there.....hope you make it next Spring.

I was running the dog wagon Sat/Sun and can attest there was a BIG turnout. I put my hands on a bunch of great dogs so anybody placing a dog at that trial really has something special IMO. Congrats to the winners and thanks to everyone who attended the trial. I've attached the 2013 placement PDF.....

Hey Jeff - I usually can't make the fall trial. Too busy at work. Maybe next spring. The only trial I made it to this year over there ended up in a blizzard.

How are those Joker babies doing?
