Well it is that time of the year again for the National German Pointing Dog Association (All Breed) National Championship trial to be held at Pyramid State Park just south of Pinckneyville, Il. I have been updating the web site with the latest news and a history page, which I will be retyping one day. Very nice grounds to let a dog roll around, we also have secured a Room just a few short miles from the grounds on a golf course with a bar for cocktails and catered dinners through the first week.
In addition this year we are raffling off a New Honda 4 Wheeler, there are a few tickets left I do believe, the info for that raffle is on the website. We hope to see some new faces this year and continue to build upon this trial.

Does anyone know the outcome of the OSD?

would be nice to see a running order on the web site, and a list of all placing dogs through the years.

We have a face of page with current running orders and pics I am still working on the Web page. Would love to see some of your wire hairs we need more of the continental breeds here

maybe next year!!! gotta have the right dog at the right time. My old boy is 10 1/2... waiting for his son to get the act together! Hopefully. Have always wanted to attend the All Breed.

I would assume this trial is over but no one has the results? Very disappointing!

Ya gotta get with the times Ted. Facebook is where it's at. NGPDA has their own page with pics and info.

Haha Facebook is where you get all the up to date info. Just make a page for your dog.... Keeps you in the loop.

Sorry but Facebook is not for me been there done that & to me it's BS but I'm old & out of date but I like it that way.I 'll leave it to you youngsters!

Just to show you how out of date I am,I don't even own a cell phone & don't want one I like some privacy & there is not much of that left!!

I fully understand you Ted, and I am in charge of the webpage, I will be updating it here soon. I know that is not going to help you now after the trial. It is hard for me to update the trial while being on the grounds as the cell service for my wireless is spotty at best there and the hotel wifi was terrible. The thought with going to the Facebook page is the updates are immediate, and pictures and information can be added or updated very quickly and timely. Next year I will work on updating the webpage as the trial goes, as well as the facebook page. With a new board in place and this being the first year we like to hope we have taken it to a new level, and from here on out it will be run as it should be. Something we are aware of and are working on Ted, Thank You Sir.

Your dog won and you have not posted a picture yet?

Here is the pic! I'm only co owner... Matt did a great job training and Dan added the polish. He was broke in all his finds.

Just wanted to add a big thanks for all those who participated in the raffle for the 4 wheeler, it was won by Jim Yates.
