Buckeye GSP Club Trial

Post by Buckeye_V » Wed Apr 18, 2007 8:33 am

I will be at the Buckeye GSP Trial this coming weekend at Killdeer Plains. I'll be running one dog and scouting for some others. If you are there, I'll be running with the red dogs out of a motorhome and 3-horse BP. I'll be the one with a big smile on my face. :D

Stuck at work here, but just checked in.... Top Gun Nikki von Seeker MH won the Amateur. ..."pear"

She was handled by "teammate" Bill Monk, Zanesville, Ohio. She made the callback in the Open. I guess when she locked up the bird was only about an inch from her nose, and she couldn't take it, and broke on the flush. ..."pear"

It's not how many breaths you have taken but how many times it has been taken away!

Has anyone noticed common sense isn't very common anymore.

I think Star won one of the stakes. Not sure if it was Open Limited or Open Dun Dog.

I placed 3rd in Open Limited.

Congrats,
Pear, and Buckeye. Was it a wet trial or did the monsoon stop by then.

Dry and HOT all weekend (at least for April in Ohio). Killdeer was actually dry in places (can you believe it?).

Bill Monk is a class act.
