A big Congrats to those guys! There were some super dogs running, they have alot to be proud of. I was there until yesterday selling shirts, weather was damp and chilly, but pretty good for running dogs.

Trial of CH

Sorry for being so late to respond on this thread. Congrats to all who made to the finals! I saw some nice dog work. I made the first cut with Boss and ended up getting cut Friday. Boss had 2 finds and a back on Friday. He also pointed with 16 seconds to go in that ditch on the A field. So, by the rules, I had 1 minute and 16 seconds to find that bird. I couldn't find it. He was off of it aways and I chose not to relocate with 16 seconds to go. I just couldn't dig it up anywhere. If I could have found that 3rd bird, I might have made the cut with that 3 and a back. But, I didn't find it. I look forward to going back up to Amo, IN this fall for Dog of the Year. Alot of nice folks and a good time. The best is watching different dogs from around the country compete. Anyway, congrats to all those who made the final 6!
