Substitute For "Qualify..." by Mark Powell

Somewhere I read that folks were having trouble getting Mark Powell's book "Qualify" to help prepare for AKC hunt tests. That it was going for over $100 on E-Bay, or something (Ouch!).

If you can't get "Qualify" and even if you can, I recommend Bernard C. (Clif) Boggs' book "Succeeding with Pointing Dog Field Trials and Hunt Tests". It's available at http://www.vizslabook.com/ .

If you're a Vizsla person, I highly recommend his book "The Vizsla" also.

Thanks for the recommendation Greg. Sue Boggs is a very nice lady, I've met her a couple times when going up to the VCOI's Specialty Show and Double Bubble Fun Days. I also contacted her when looking for good lines to get a pup from.

I guess it's about time I ordered the books now!
