Hey All,

http://www.akc.org/events/search/index. ... 2005404901

This is a great test. I attended the test they had in the fall. I reviewed it here

http://www.gundogforum.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=750

I received my premium today and my entries are already in the mail.

I hope to see some of you there!

Best regards,

Brenda, if we're braced, I don't think you'll have any problem in showing me up.

Can't a dog shoot for MH, and fail, but still get credit for SH? If they meet the SH requirements...

Nope. And once you've entered in MH, you can't ever go back down to SH, either.

Yep, your better off working up......I have gotten dogs steady and run them in Jrs before, just to get their feet wet and see what we need to work on before moving up.

Grant,

A restatement of the 3 laws of Thermodynamics apply here....

Law 1: You can't beat the game.
Law 2: You can't break even.
Law 3: You can't get out of the game.

Am I interpreting this wrong?

All,

We'll be there running both dogs. I hope some of y'all can make it.

Grant, I know nothing about it but if what that says is true then you can't enter a lesser test if you have a qualifing score in a higher one. That makes me think you could fail a MH test and go back to a SH test. But once you get a qualifing score in MH you have to stay there.

If you get one, can you just make a copy and send in two?

Would love to be there to meet you all but I'll be running my pup in Illinois.

Good luck to all of you though.

May the good lord take a liking to you but just not to soon.

This is a picture of some of the group that was in Walhalla:

Left to right: my son, Parker; me; Jimmy Spears; my daughter, Cara; Grant; Grant's wife Lindsey. The GSP is my kids' dog Gunner from Rick and Brenda's kennel. Rick and Brenda aren't in the picture. I'll post some of them later.
