Stoeger M2000 without question. As someone else said the Stoeger uses the same inertia driven system as the Benelli's do. However, they do not have the same recoil reduction system that the benelli's do so It will kick like a mule. That is the only problem with it and a Sims recoil pad will take care of that rather quickly. It is also very low maintenance which is a huge advantage over any gas operated gun. Besides Stoeger, Benelli, and Franchi are all under Berretta anyways. As someone else stated the remington you were talking about imported by a company called baikal and is Gas operated which means it will be softer recoil, but more maintenance. I picked one up and it is a horribly unbalanced and klunky son of a gun. You can also plan on spending another $40.00 dollars at least from the start because the instructions say to break in the action with 100 rounds of steel shot.
