i noticed alot of complaints about innotek,if your having issues .
you can call innotek at 800-826-5527 x3 & upgrade to sport dog brand ,i upgraded to the sportdog 1850 ,it was 125$ & 75 $ for the secound collar'
oops i forgot to tell them 1 collars wasnt working because the battery was dead MY BAD!!!!!

I have been very pleased with my SD-1200. I thought about going to a Tritronics but why? Im having no problems.
