I haven't got my either and was looking for the old e-mail to write them. Guess I'll go norm's website and write the company.

I remeber them (the printing company) Stateing that they"print them to order." I thought "ok thats a little weird, but i can handle that."
Said it'll be up to 20 days to print and ready the book. It has been nearly 2 months now! I also need to get on the phone and call 'em.
least I'm not the only one...'course thats not necessarily a good thing.

I ordered the book also, I received my within five weeks, I also have one of the original printing. Just have not had time to compare the two. Going to be above freezing today so I must load the Gordon girls up and take my son hunting for the first time this year, he is home for Christmas break. SDGORD
Ordered mine a couple weeks ago, but like most of you it hasn't arrived yet. They told me it'll be after the holidays. They also told me they print when ordered, that's a little different, never heard of that before.
I heard that original printing is worth a few bucks?
I did read the exerpt on the Springset Website. I was surprised to see that the writer put age/performance expectations (Such as you can expect a certain performance level at a specific age) Richard Wolters did that and was laughed at by many. Just an observation
The weather is warming here to. Maybe there's a small window of opportunity Saturday Morning, before the festivities start, for me to get out and try to find some birds.

Just got my today and it took 5 weeks. Lots of family time this weekend, so I'll get into next week.
Good Luck with your hunts NDBDHunter & sdgord.

You won't regret it!
Suzanne Sorby is a fantastic author and the books reads almost like a novel. Very funny, to the point, and a must have for us Gordon owners.
I brought mine out to the new Springset Kennels in OR when I picked up Jonesy, and had both the hardback and softback signed by Norm, Suzanne, and Laura.
The nice thing about the new books (as opposed to the older version) is that is it updated in some areas. ('course the old is worth a mint!)
They are also talking about starting a new book, with some new ideas for the breed, etc.
