I am looking to get a hunting vest for my gsp. He gets cold really easy so I am looking for the warmest vest there is. Avery, drake, cabelas? I don't know if I want zip or velcro. I guess it depends on warmth. A lot are 5 mm but I've heard Avery's 3mm is warm. So let me hear yals reviews n inputs! Thanks!

Do you hunt waterfowl? If so, there is one in the cabelas catalog that is great (gonna order it for my ESS later) I want to say it is an Avery and it is 5mm with built in handles to make it easier to get the dog back onto the platform or boat. If its just for more of keeping warm in upland or grouse, there is a nice 5mm one made by Avery and a cabelas version as well.
