Post by ACooper » Mon Dec 10, 2012 9:44 am

Has anyone used any of the Havalon knives with the the replaceable blades? I have one on order and was just curious if anyone else has tried them yet.

I love the Piranta Knife
when I did caping and quartering over in texas I could cape & quarter ( I work the joints I do not saw bone) 2-3 deer depending on how much fat is on them

if there is a lot of fat then wipe the blade

I put my outdoor edge set and kershaw away after getting the piranta...Blade gets dull and won't re-edge with a couple licks on a ceramic replace with a new blade

Be very careful when first using as that blade is Medical SHARP
