Has anyone tried the Pella Upland light Pack vest?

I have seen this vest advertised and would be interested in finding out if anyone has an opinion on it. I did read one review on the strap vest that was very positive. I would like to hear about the pack vest. I would also like to know if it has a place to carry an e-collar trasmitter.

I don't think I've seen this product, but Pella makes great stuff.
