Duck Calls and Chokes

Post by duckdemon4 » Tue Oct 09, 2007 7:51 pm

It is getting close to another season and I am prepared to go out and purchase gear that I already own and am successful, with mis-place believe that new gear will be even better.

I am thinking of purchasing a Buck Gardner Double Nasty II, acrylic with spit-tech. Any thoughts? Any recommendations. I am looking for the best all around HUNTING call.

Also, currently I use a briley waterfowl choke in my Browning 3" (gave up on 3.5"! Not Man enough). I have heard good things about kicks and pattern master chokes. Any thoughts? I hunt tember, oxbows, fields, rivers, so I guess I am saying everywhere. Also, I have always shot #2s.

Any reviews on these 2 items would be great.

Thanks,

demon

I have the DN2 and don't really care for it. I much prefer to use Cut Down Game Calls. They aren't easy to find some places, but they blow easy, sound great and don't stick. Duck calls are like alot of things though, what works for one doesn't work for all.
