How long are new members moderated?

And how long does it take to get a post approved? I know of a new member who posted yesterday afternoon, and their post is still not showing under the thread.
but sometimes there might be quite a few and they might get missed for a little bit I just approved what was current
As for how long it is the first few posts..and the only reason we have them on moderation is because of spammers to stop their posts from going public
