reporting posts

From time to time spam and other inappropriate posts are placed on these forums. I moderate on another site and we have a "button" that is put on each post that reports it to the moderator. Would it be possible to do something like this to expedite taking care of these posts?

I'll look into this at some point. I have a lot going on at the moment tho...
