mtlee, to solve your problem, click on "Profile" above, and then scroll down until you see the option "Always allow HTML". Make sure that's checked to "Yes", save, and you'll be good.

What you're seeing in the posts is hypertext markup language (i.e. "web code") that isn't being converted by your web browser because it isn't allowed per your options.
