Buck
Buck
It has been a week since my britt Buck has passed. Was lucky enough to have him for over 15 years, and take many different kinds of birds with him. Whether it be hiding in a dove field, chasing prairie chickens in open oprairie, pheasant and quail in thick cover, or curled up in a duck blind, Buck always seemed as though he was specifically bred for that situation. Some good pics have been given to me over the last week, here are a few of them.
Bucks first hunt, pheasant near Concordia,KS in 1996, 8 mos. old 80 yard blind retrieve on a goose, 10 yrs old Bucks last hunt, 2010, 14 yrs old. We were blocking so he only pointed 1 bird, but I did let him find all of them for the retrieve.
