MO Proposition B

Post by Nhuskr » Sat Oct 30, 2010 8:19 pm

I'm a little surprised there hasn't been any discussion on the forum about this. Another attempt by HSUS to eliminate dog breeding. I know Missouri is the "puppy mill" capital of the US, but placing more restrictive laws on legitimate breeders won't help. Missouri needs to enforce the laws currently in place.

I received the following quotes in an email - "Our goal is to get sport hunting in the same category as cock fighting and dog fighting." Wayne Pacelle, president of Humane Society of the US

"My goal is the abolition of all animal agriculture." HSUS grassroots coordinator John "J.P." Goodwin

If Prop B passes, it will be opening the door to HSUS to attempt regulation of farmers and how they raise their animals.

If you live in Missouri, don't forget to get out and vote NO on Tuesday!
