Training Session Photos
I've been amping up the training regiment the closer we get to hunting season. I'm going to get after some blue grouse in September, and that's just right around the corner. These first couple of photos are of a young daughter of Ch. Shadow's Attitude I picked up last year from Brice Morris. That head crank is natural, not posed.
These last two are of Bucky, my young son of Chairman ofthe Board who is pictured in my avatar. He's a flash in the field, tail just a cracking. I sure wish he had horseback range or I'd field trial him for sure.

Nice looking dogs. They certainly look like they wintered well!
That head crank we're seeing, I wonder what causes it? I know a lot of guy's do like it, Yawallac's does it really high and sounds like he love's it. I wonder if there's something in the nose passage way that blocks scent coming straight thru and they have to lift their head to scent. do they run with their head tilted up? I'm just courious where that comes from.

Gorgeous pictures. Nice looking dogs. I had my 10 month old Miller bred pup out tonight running her with a friends GSP and Llewellyn Setter and she got her first point on wild blue quail. Locked up tight as a drum with a little creep at the end when I walked in on the point from about 75 yards back but overall very nice. Wish it would not have been so dark out and I would have gotten some pics of it. You have some beautiful dogs though.

Here is a photo of Riley from this morning. Riley is a daughter of the orange/white female by Chairman ofthe Board, the dog in my avitar. She only had one puppy, and this was her. This was her very first point. She held it until we went into flush. I think her "steadyness" had something to do with how wore out she was after chasing a few pigeons all over God's creation. Let me tell yall: This dog can FLY, and straight to the front. Scott you got a good one, and I look forward to hunting over her later this coming winter.
