2x The Charm!

Well, our boy Chevy did it again. We just got back from the WCA National Field Championships in Ardmore, OK, where Chevy won the NAFC for a second time!!! He is now 2xNAFC, AFC Aztec's American Pie, JH, SDX

Owner trained and handled :)

You and Nicholas should be extremely proud of Chevy! He is a fantastic dog.

Now you MUST mention his winning the Armadillo Trophy too!!

Congrats! I had a great time for the little amount I was able to be up there Fri an Sat the first weekend and Sat of the second. alot of great people at least the few I was able to meet.

Nah, he took himself out in 2007 at minute 59 when on his 7th find, a bird flushed right into his mouth :evil:

He won the the NAFC in 2006 and 2008

He took himself out in the NFC this year when he got into a tussle with an armadillo right off the breakaway. The judges left him down, regretfully, and he went a dillo hunting for an entire hour!!! I should have known we were doomed when one of the judges told us the night before the championship, "I've been bragging about that dog of yours--now don't make me a liar!" The WCA awarded us with a lovely armadillo trophy that was started in 2003 by the late great NAFC FC AFC Northernlights This Budsforu. None other than Chevy's sire :lol: :lol: Buddy passed on some strong genes :D

Fortunately, there were no evil dillos waiting to attack during his NAFC run. :mrgreen:

Aline, post some pictures of the Armadillo trophy. It in itself is a beauty! Heck I bet it would look great on my fireplace or entry table!
