Thats one thing I love about pointers, they are very adept at soakin up the easy livin. :D

Great pics everyone! They are all nice :), long as they are showing you where the birds are at and are intense! Or retrieving them with gusto :) . Or just being great couch potatoes :)

I thought these were not too bad, especially for his first time on birds....

The things I consider to be stylish:

High head, flat topline, high tail. I cannot stand a dog who is constantly low in front, or looks like he is taking a crap on point. Style goes a lot farther than most think.

Pup almost looks like he has two tails...

I'll agree with your description completely. I wish I had some hunting pics on the computer. I usually take a disposable hunting. Need to start taking the digital.
I have English Pointers because they don't ever grow up either...

For longtails it's the tail between 11 and 12 o'clock. Either straight or with a slight curve. Dog is intense w/ears cocked and it's quivering like it's going to explode.
