Kentuckiana Pointing Breeds Trial
Just wanted to post a quick brag for Walnut Hill, gun dog forum member Peggy Sieve (stlgsp), and my boy Dez.
First congrats to Brenda for winning the open gun dog with her super nice female Dolly, this finished Dolly's FC.
Brenda also got a derby placement with her young dog Logan.
Second Peggy's dog Zero won a amateur gun dog which I believe was a three pointer and retrieving. Also Zero was sired by Greg Jennings late dog Gunner.
Lastly my boy Dez finished second in the open limited and open gun dog.

Thanks Andy! Huge congrats to Brenda, Andy, Dolly, Dez and Logan! The OGD stake had to have been a hard one to judge, both Dolly & Dez are awesome to see run.
Had a great time at the trial, coming home with with a first in AGD & a 2nd in ALGD made our trip home so much better! I am super proud of Zero for standing through my stupid handling errors as we learn the ropes together

It was a great weekend. My Dolly has overcome some issues and always knocking at the door. So 2 OGD wins were nice, right in time for her breeding to Sam...Judge told me only difference in Dez and Dolly was Dez took 3 steps on a STF. Very close. Dez is such a nice young dog. Congrats to Andy and Peggy!!!! Also Congrats to Trish Burton on her 1st in AGD with her Viz, Stoli!!!

Great job!
It's great seeing some of Gunner's get out there winning. He was a superior dog in many ways.
It's also great to see Dolly winning. She deserves it. I guess I get to go change Shooter's pedigree to show her FC now
