Gamers. I know you're on here.

Post by jcbuttry8 » Sat Jan 21, 2012 7:08 pm

So I thought I would reach out and see if there were any gamers on here. I myself just got a PS3. We have two 360's for the boys. I imagine there are others on here that like to zombie up. Need a few more online friends for gaming. Let me know.

Im loving it Greg, but That won't help with the Zombies, or the big Elk. One shot with that and you need a new TV.

I've been playing Battlefield 3 lately, still working on "beating the game" before moving on to online play.

Are those real? I would like a box of those very much. As far as this tangent from bird dogging goes, if you don't watch "The Walking Dead" series, you're missing out :D

Unless of course you spend your time reading books and tying flies and other constructive hobbies...by all means keep doing what your doing.

I will have to send some requests. It is apparent that there are more on the 360. As for the walking dead, best series ever made. Can't wait for the next season.

I don't have any of the newer games mentioned yet, but play 360 COD Black Ops live. I was doublechecking my gamer tag last night, and played a few games. Next thing I knew, my sister, who says she doesn't play...was whining I want to play! Think we were on for 3 hours after that. :D

Agreed, it has no place on a GDF, but I left it up to see just how far it would go before people started to complain about it. Hopefully we can all get back on our gundog subjects.

Interesting I remember a thread on Cell Phones, ATVs, there was one about the TV show "American Pickers", Alfalfa bales, I even remember Doc asking advice about going on a vacation in Florida, I don't recall any of those being shut down. Who's complaining? I can't imagine why anyone would get upset about a group of GDF members getting together in any form of media.

All I have is a Wii, but I can do some serious shredding on Guitar Hero, and I can swing swords and cut junk up in Red Steel. :)

If I want to go old school, I can plug in my old Playstation 1. NHL '96, baby!!! :D

If I had bandwidth I would be multiplayer deep in Battlefield 3.

Living in the boonies, you take the good with the bad.

I used to try to play Halo 2 multiplayer but the lag over my air card made it real difficult.

Not in Tampa Bay, you wouldn't. Not much in the way of waves on the Gulf Coast, unless there's a hurricane coming. Surfing is done on the east coast, the closest thing we have here is kitesurfing.

I probably shouldn't link to it as the language is quite colorful, but search on youtube for "Swingers hockey" The scene in that movie where they're playing NHL on the Sega Genesis is 4 minutes that could have been filmed in my fraternity house any day of the week. :)

Oh my roommates and me used to dominate NHL Hockey on the playstation back in the day. Well good to know about Tampa Bay, my geography has always been my strong suit :D It's a rare moment I get to surf in warm water anyway, visit my dad and grandparents back in Oahu once a year but my talent lies in the cold murky waters of the Pacific Northwest

I am not sure. I don't believe so due to it being two separate networks. Xbox is a paid subscription and PS3 is a free service.
