Give State in your profile.

If members would just list the state they live in in their profile it just might help get you some hands on training help instead of just internet explanations. :)

I have preached that for years and they tell us where they live in their posts when asked but most of the newer members don't fill out their profile that shows on the board. Many times I think people just don't respond because they have no idea where someone is located.

It's not how many breaths you have taken but how many times it has been taken away!

Has anyone noticed common sense isn't very common anymore.

I would like to know that to. I am looking for somebody in my area to train with.I have 20 acres trees and grass. I have a launcher and a few pigeons. I will be putting my dog on birds soon. Please contact me if you want to work your dog. I live out in the country so shooting is no problem. Thanks

How about making this post a "sticky", to be permanently at the top?

+1. There have been several times I would have responded to a comment or question but just passed it by because I had no clue of the location.

When a new member registers for the first time, the registration does not ask where they are located, although they do ask how many dogs they have. After you have registered then you can go back and enter the state, that's the way it was when I registered and I just logged out and tried to sign up and a new member and it appears as if it is still the case.

The adim should make it a required field.
