I hear some trainers pronounce back with a weird slang to it.. Is that what I need to do to start with the back command?

I'm probably just not understanding, but what is the "back command" ? You mean a separate command to have your dog back another dog? I believe most folk just re inforce the whoa command and maybe a check cord when wanting the dog to back
