Bobby, thanks for the kind words. I appreciate everyones congrats.
Sonny, didn't I meet you at the Quail Forever Trail in GA a couple months
back? Sonny, I just looked on your website. I did meet you in GA. I enjoyed meeting you and talking with you. My dad really liked you as well. Especially, when you were trying to get Jeff Gambel to pull "one" of his sick dogs to help me get in on the standby list. You have a friend here in TN. I'm glad your dog did well in the AL region trial. I look forward to seeing and visiting with you again.
I like the picture of your dogs AceofSpades.
Snips, It is hard to do. Like you said, you have to consistently beat the other dogs in your region. And that's not real easy to do because you know as well as I do there are some tough dogs to beat out there. I was lucky enough to put it together with Boss this year. I will be at the Trial of CH in Amo, IN this year. I also plan on going back to Amo, IN for the Dog of the Year Trial in October. I expect I should do better with Boss in October. Last year when I ran in IN at the Trail of CH it was almost 80 degrees when we turned loose. Boss runs a little hard for that kind of weather. But, I'm going to go back this April and give it a shot anyway. He deserves a shot at it. And who knows, maybe it will be cooler up there this year. I assume you and Rick will be there. I look forward to seeing you and Rick. Maybe, I'll buy a couple more kids t-shirts. My kids love when I bring them those T-shirts. Maybe, in a few years, they will be old enough to go with me.
Thanks again to all for the kind words. Sorry for the slow response to the post. Sometimes I don't visit the Bulletin boards too much.
