Get your hands on a stick welder!
No one makes the ones that you are talking about to my knowledge. You could take one to a welding shop and tell them, "this is what I want.......what'll you charge to do it?"

Stake Outs
I bought some of the stainless steel stake outs from the ad on the Coverdog board last year. Very nice stake out with chain and brass snap. I don't know what he is getting out of them now but know they are machined and turned for the point, and all welds are ground smooth. Definitely the nicest ones I have seen advertised either from a supply or just a person selling ones they make.

im going to make a few...i was goint o use rebar and then weld a disk or something a few inches down from the top...then slip a slightly bigger piece of pipe over the bar it will not slide over the disk then weld around the top and place a hook for a snap it will basically swivial around the rebar and should work fine.
