UK online petition against anti-docking bill

Can you sign this petition for UK HPR owners. Apparently anyone can sign.

Justin, HPR is the term in UK for Versatile hunting dogs. Hunt, Point, Retrievers. And Roughshooters dog :)

How many people have to sign it for it to be able to be over turned, or attempted to over turn.

I think I read somewhere they wanted 3000. But it's just a numbers game.
Politicians only go for the group might give them more votes.
