New member from Missouri. Been a member for a little while now but, have just been reading post. Thanks for all the good info so far. I just brought home a Pudelpointer pup last week. Look forward to learning and sharing as I attempt to train my first bird dog.

Are you on the Kansas City side or the St. Louis side of the state? You can definitely train your first bird-dog, and will get good information on the hunting dog aspects of doing so at this site. House dog manners and obedience information as well, from some.
