Post by Greg Jennings » Sat May 28, 2005 4:24 pm

Hey all,

Anyone here from Dayton, OH? I'm in the midst of tranferring up there, buying a house, etc.

I'm looking for contacts to tell me gundog-specific things about the area.

Drop me a line via PM!

Best regards,

Nope. I did find the perfect house, but it wasn't on the perfect lot.

Dr. Marion Brown whose setters are well known nationally on the major circuit lives there. He's the owner of Tommy B.(ran in the National) and several other top shags.
A fine gentleman.
I've competed against several good dog men from that area.
Dayton has a history of bird dog tradition dating back to the great dog writer Albert Hochwalt and later to Horace Lytle
A number of various field trial formats are available to run in Ohio.
