Few pics from this morn, too bad they were quail instead of prairie chickens. Did manage 1 teal off one of the ponds to keep him happy.

Took the pistol out with me this weekend instead of the shotgun and got took some pictures and a couple short videos.
1st grouse of the weekend.
Later that morning I worked a point that produced the largest covey of grouse (six birds) I've seen in two years. I didn't get a picture because I didn't find my through the brush until all the birds flushed. This was the best piece o bird work this season and I didn't get a pictures.
Another grouse.
The next two are of woodcock and I took a short video of each point as well.
This one I was out of primers so I had to yell BANG instead of fire the blank pistol.

Beautiful setter. Looks exactly like my setter + 15 pounds. Mine is a runt.
